New York, NY February 20, 2017—Phreesia, the nation’s leader in patient intake management, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a member of GE Healthcare’s Centricity Partner Program. First launched in May 2016, the program recognizes Centricity software and services partners and verifies their software and services with GE Healthcare solutions.
“Our Partner Program assures customers that our members’ solutions have been carefully vetted for business and clinical value, and will complement their existing systems,” said Neeti Gupta, Director of Independent Software Vendor Marketing Programs at GE Healthcare. “Phreesia was among our initial supporters when we first announced the program and we’re so glad to welcome them as an official partner. Through this partnership, our customers will be able to choose Phreesia’s industry-leading patient intake platform to improve the patient experience and drive success in their organizations.”
Phreesia’s mobile and in-office solutions automate eligibility and benefits verification, calculate and collect patient financial responsibility, deliver appropriate clinical screeners, and make provider visits more meaningful. Phreesia offers GE customers a seamless, bidirectional integration built in partnership with HealthSystems Inc., an experienced Centricity Practice Solutions value-added reseller, to help practices maximize value from their Centricity solutions.
“This partnership ensures that we will continue to collaborate closely and bring value to our customers,” said Phreesia CEO Chaim Indig. “We’re deeply honored to be part of it.”
Phreesia and GE Healthcare clients praised the announcement and said they looked forward to the benefits the Centricity Partner Program would bring to their organizations.
“I’m very excited about the partnership between GE Healthcare and Phreesia,” said Barbie Thomas, Administrator at West Texas Medical Associates, in San Angelo, Texas. “Phreesia has been one of the best decisions we have made financially and operationally. It has improved our collections and the overall patient experience. I am excited to see what the partnership between the two will bring to continue to improve the efficiency of our organization.”
“Phreesia’s partnership and integration with GE Healthcare makes the flow of payments and patient demographic information seamless with no work for our front-desk staff,” said Ashley Petty, Front Office Supervisor at Pediatric Associates of Southwest Missouri. “This allows our front desk staff to focus on customer service and other tasks that are more important.”
