A Phreesia campaign that overcomes linguistic barriers to healthcare, encourages patient–provider conversations and spotlights an often-ignored chronic condition received the industry’s top creative award
ALL-REMOTE COMPANY/WILMINGTON, Del. — March 26, 2025 — Phreesia, a leader in patient activation, is proud to announce that, in partnership with Publicis Health Media and another leading organization, it has received a Bronze 2025 PM360 Pharma Choice award in the Multicultural category for a campaign that reaches Spanish-speaking patients with high cholesterol, educating them about a medication that could help control this chronic condition. The healthcare marketing industry trade publication PM360 recognizes the most innovative healthcare and life sciences campaigns through annual readers’ choice awards.
The campaign reached adults who, along with diet and a statin, needed help lowering their bad cholesterol, and encouraged patients to talk to their doctors. The campaign specifically focused on supporting Spanish-speaking patients who face care barriers due to the lack of culturally relevant, bilingual health-marketing materials. Research shows that nearly half of Hispanic people in the U.S. with high cholesterol are not aware that they have a health problem. The bilingual campaign outperformed English-only initiatives by 20% and increased both user engagement and intent.
