The problem
Northside Hospital, one of Atlanta’s largest health systems, uses upwards of 20 different EHRs across its hundreds of locations.
But as the system began migrating its practices to Oracle Health’s Millennium platform, it needed a way to build consistent, standardized workflows across all care settings and service lines.
The solution
In early 2020, Northside chose Phreesia as its patient intake partner, going live at hundreds of clinics in just a few weeks.
