At Phreesia, we know you care about your personal privacy and about the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Website (this "Site"). Because we are dedicated to serving your needs and respecting your preferences, we have adopted the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use.

The following statement discloses our standard practice regarding the information we collect and the information we hold on behalf of our customers.

The policy does not pertain to third party web sites that are accessible through Phreesia's website nor does this policy apply to information gathered via our proprietary PhreesiaPads located in various physician offices. Phreesia proposes that you read the privacy policies of any third party site and as set forth on the PhreesiaPads to learn how they collect and use information that is gathered.

Our Collection and Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information

In general, we collect and use information about you for the purpose of contacting you to provide you with information about Phreesia’s products and services or to provide you with other information related to Phreesia. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share or disclose your private, personally identifiable information to third parties.

Because of the nature of our business, our services and benefits are not designed to appeal to minors. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children.

Phreesia specifically collects information from you at several different points, including but not limited to the following:

Information You Provide To Us

On our “Apply Now For Free” page your - First and Last Name and telephone number are required. Practice name, Postal Address, email address, Title, Role, Practice Size, Specialty and daily patient volume, additional contact name, contact phone and contact role are optional. Submission of this information will allow you to find out if you are eligible for Phreesia’s products and services.

On our “Support” page – Your email address and contact information will be provided to us. This information is only used to respond to your support question or issue.

On our “Contact Us” page - You are directed to send an Email to a specific department within Phreesia. Through this process your Email address and comment or question are collected. This information is only used to respond to your question or suggestion.

Phreesia will treat any information of its visitors to our site as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without consent.

Correspondence

If you correspond with us via email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained therein and use such to respond to your inquiry and/or notify you of Phreesia products and services, conferences, news or other Phreesia-related opportunities. Importantly, email and postal address information is never sold, given, or otherwise shared or disclosed to third parties except as set forth herein. If you do not wish to receive such notifications, you may express your preference to not be so contacted by sending a letter, calling or emailing the Phreesia Administrative Offices at the contact information below informing us of your preference.  

URL and IP Address

Like many other Websites, we may collect information about our users' utilization and navigation of our Site. This information helps us to design our Site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.
