Using copay and patient balance collections on Phreesia not only frees up my check-in person from having to run credit cards through a machine, it makes it easier and more private for our patients. They don't argue any more about paying their copay and open balances! All of our patients think it is wonderful! We no longer have to tell patients in front of a waiting room full of people that they owe money. Patients have a tendency to get very defensive when they are told they owe money and think others are overhearing. They then become argumentative with my check-in staff.
