Position:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead Phreesia’s delivery efforts to our customer accounts. These accounts include specialty groups, regional multi-specialty practices and hospitals. You will be responsible for collaborating with a Phreesia and customer resources team to manage the delivery of Phreesia from close of the sale through full implementation. You will fully engage the customer at all levels (CEO, physicians, IT, training, billing, finance, office managers, and receptionists) to design and implement a Phreesia solution which maximizes value for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team during final stages of contract negotiations
- Lead customer implementation workshop to understand the unique needs and objectives
- Develop and negotiate implementation statements of work (SOWs) and project plans
- Lead the implementation process, driving both Phreesia and customer team members
- Work with the customer to design a new operational workflow and customize the Phreesia product to maximize value to the customer
- Lead initial site launch, observing results, refining and driving continuous delivery improvement
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- Strong development skills in .NET, C#, HL7, SQL Server
- Experience working in a customer facing professional services/consulting environment
- Experience/comfort with design, implementation, and delivery of technology based solutions
- Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions
- Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
