Position:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our direct sales channel and act as liaison between the field, product marketing and product management teams. You will maintain a superior level of knowledge on our product and competitors. The Product Marketing Manager will take a leadership role in demand generation, messaging and positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through marketing activities including direct mail, referral programs, partnership programs, Webinars, podcasts, nurture campaigns, events, and broad-based multi-touch demand generation programs.
  • Develop all internal and external communications to support demand creation programs & campaigns
  • Partner with sales and operations management to ensure the development of effective demand generation campaigns.
  • Design, develop, manage and maintain multiple concurrent online marketing programs and initiatives including company website.
  • Define campaign metrics, monitoring and measuring campaigns to improve results and achieve lead goals.
  • Gather and analyze data on program effectiveness with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop and support multiple sales channels and partnership programs.
  • Conduct research to characterize and identify new markets for regional rollout strategy.
  • Create positioning and messaging to be used in product, launch and release training.
  • Identify, prioritize and capitalize on trends and new product opportunities and then create compelling product analysis and recommendation presentations.
  • Provide new product definition and business requirements based on strategic product opportunities.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, develop product marketing sales tools.

Experience and skills:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing directly supporting a field sales organization
  • Healthcare IT industry experience, highly desirable
  • Self aware, confident and influential
  • Ability to review multiple points of data and provide solutions
  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships with diverse group
  • Outstanding leadership skills

Qualifications

  • MBA or graduate degree is preferred.
  • 4-6 years work experience with marketing, product management and strategy responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the health care IT industry, payment processing industry and/or experience marketing to physicians is a plus.
  • Salary commensurate with experience
