Phreesia's Ottawa office
Phreesia opened its Ottawa Office in October 2007, established to acquire and support its growing network of US physicians. The Ottawa center will take advantage of the latest technologies to be seamlessly integrated with our New York headquarters.
Position
This is a senior level position with it a compensation package that reflects this and comes with the authority and resources to meet the responsibilities assigned. Our business is based on the growth of our Physician Network and the volume of activity performed by individual Physicians and the level of their satisfaction with Phreesia. It is imperative that they use it every day and more usage translates to greater value for the Practice and for Phreesia, contributing directly to our success. The Director, Customer Sales & Service will be responsible for recruiting and servicing the Physician Network including all aspects of Phreesia’s relationship with the Practice and managing, nurturing and growing our team in Ottawa to deliver the highest levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a staff of over 20 (and growing) to drive utilization (both on an absolute and on a per Physician basis) to new heights through the recruitment of new Physicians and by improving the utilization of existing Physicians
- Work with Marketing (and your own resources) to improve the Recruitment and Service processes then leveraging your team to implement them in the field
- Be the advocate for our Physician Network in terms of product direction and enhancement within the organization
- Participate in and contribute to the Operations Management Team
Qualifications:
Phreesia is in high growth at present, adding Practices at a rapid rate and this will continue for the foreseeable future. As a result, we are hiring not someone just for today but “ahead of the curve”, someone that can scale with us as our Physician Network increases. This is a high volume, Call Center environment with over 20 staff and growing rapidly. The successful candidate will have extensive skills and experience in all aspects of this type of operation.
Experience and Attitude:
- 10+ years experience in Sales and Service, preferably in Hi-tech setting, but not necessarily
- 5+ years of Call Center experience at a management level where you would have delivered coaching and training to your staff
- Experienced with quality and performance metrics and how best to leverage them to maximum advantage
- Exposure to Marketing and the development and deployment of processes to improve quality and performance
- A creative mind for problem solving and recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities
- Experience in a role where there are 1,000’s of customers
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple organizations and levels of management, utilizing influence (not position) to get clear communication and understanding of ideas and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities and/or project management background
- Enjoys the challenges of a startup and working in a team environment
- Professional in appearance, attitude and communications
Education:
A University or College Degree
Skills:
- Superior communications (written & verbal), interpersonal and telephone skills
- Excellent customer facing skills – presentations, closing, objection handling
- PC skills (MSword, Excel, PPT, eMail)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Travel will be required (back and forth to NYC)
